i thought if someone sets counters on someone the one that sets the counter ends up on the other players rival list i thought that was always the case was this changed????
No it wasn't. I tested against that one group that always manages to put their counters up at the exact same speed a single computer can attack their account..... but only half as fast as two computers. Those who had me ambushed had and weren't on my rivals list, showed up on my rivals after I triggered their counters
Maybe your rivals list was full? You do seem to have a substantial fan club.... not as big as some peoples, but nothing to scoff at LOL
Counter attacks can only be set on a player who has attacked you in the past 24 hours. I am guessing in this case the counters were set more than 24 hours ago from a previous fight. I think that in this case it is considered a defensive more and thus doesn't put them on your rival list. I am trying to test it out to make sure but no one is coming into my trap. Is anyone else able to test it out to see?
Well, I do remember them appearing on my rivals, but then again, it can only be triggered when it's someone in your leveling range, otherwise you can't eat the ambush unless attacked first so there's no way to know if it skips the retaliation window or not.
