An update was released today that will assist players with empty/short Fight lists. If you are level 500 and above, your fight list may now include some Whacked Mobsters which can be attacked in leu of a healthy mobster.

If Whacked Mobsters are available to be attacked they will appear at the bottom of your Fight list like this:

Attacking an Whacked Mobster will earn you no cash nor will it affect the Whacked opponent's health. However, you do earn some XP and your Whacked Mobster Wins/Losses are tracked in your Profile stats. You are currently limited to attacking 25 Whacked Mobsters per day. It should be noted that your Whacked Opponent's regular Win/Loss stats are not affected when attacked in this state, ie if you are attacked while dead or in hospital it will not count towards your stats.

We appreciate any comments/feedback you have about this feature.

Nice, just noticed this but thought it might have been a level 500 thing which I had unlocked but not yet noticed. I'll see how the 25 limit goes.

So when you attack a "whacked" player, does this open up the window for retaliation just as in normal play. If so, I see this as another way for higher levels to increase their rival page list. I don't understand what this is supposed to accomplish besides pissing off already dead mobsters. If players are having a hard time finding folks to fight that are in their range, level faster, increase mob sizes. Don't create an out for those who don't play but once or twice a week.

  4. no it doesnt open any window

u must not be lvl500 and above i take it...LoL

  6. This is just something to alleviate the higher level minimal fightlist issues. Even when someone is hiding in hosp or playing dead they can still give xp to active players.

And a chance to see how many wins you can get before losing one :) I failed, chat boxes covering names for the loss...

They don't quite give as much xp as the living anyway, so back to punch-killing i go. Hi Ho, Hi ho, hi ho hi ho HiiiHOOO

  7. Does this only apply to mobsters who have been "killed?" What about mobsters who are "alive" but in the hospital? Once you are killed you automatically start regenerating health, so there is really little or no difference between the two, right? Will my newsfeed start filling up with 25+ idiots with 1000+ members who like to attack mobs of 200?

over lvl500 it will fill up with the same people that are normally on ur fight tab, just the ones that are in the hosp will show up from time to time, dont know how they determine this though bc i know that not all the people on my fight tab in the hosp show up so this may be a bug or else there are restrictions to who actually shows up

If you are a level 500 or more and dont have your mob filled yet, then you are just a free for all and asking for it.;)

An update has been released to this feature that slowly increases the maximum # of Whacked Mobsters you can fight within the day as your character progresses in level. When you are first eligible to fight Whacked Mobsters at level 500 you are limited to 25 Whacked Mobster Attacks, however this will slowly grow at a rate of 1 extra attack approximately every 40 levels gained. This change was made to accommodate players at high levels with shrinking Fight lists.

As always we appreciate your feedback.

I think these "Whacked Mobsters" are kano characters. They don't have myspace accounts so they are not human. M2 has a feature similar to this accept they sit on the hit list with over 100K in health and take a ton of loses or now they over level 1000 and win all fights which still doesn't help. A NPC...I would think none human character will be a "Whacked Mobster"/"Undead"... So don't get ya panties in a bunch.

This is a great update. Finally something for those of us who dont just do Boss and jobs.

Today I could only attack wacked mobsters twice, when I got the message that I can no longer attack wacked mobsters, even if I had a long list of wacked mobsters before this happened..

So I guess its a bug?

there was some update with Whacked Mobsters?
When I try to attack a lower lvl whacked mobster, I get: Cannot fight *******, they are out of your XP range.
Yesterday there was no problem with that.

Yes a bug seems to have been pushed.

    This should now be fixed.

  16. Has this been rolled back? Last week I saw these all over my list, and if I attacked someone into the hospital, they would show up on my fight list as whacked. Recently, I haven't seen any, even when I attack someone into the hospital.

Currently you are limited to attacking 25 Whacked Mobsters per day. Once you have reached your daily limit they will no longer show up on your fight list until the next day.

  18. This was not the issue. I assume you have found the problem and fixed it, because they are now showing up on my list.

    Thanks,

Is this how it is supposed to look? I am certain that I have not gone over my limit for whacked mobsters, and my fight list is almost empty, and yet no whacked mobsters show up.

Yup, same. Whacked Mobsters have disappeared for me; and no, haven't reached my limit. Haven't even used one.
