how about a option that hides whether your online or not. would make those that just hit when your offline think twice
Does 'appear offline' on the Facebook chat mask online status? I know that having a person blocked on Facebook will stop them from seeing that you're online, i was attacking an enemy who wasn't online only to be attacked from him out of nowhere, while still offline. And as i type this i realise, one could also be playing from a capable mobile phone, i doubt that would show as online but i'm not 100% sure on that. And as for the 'appear offline' idea, that restricts you from using ever so useful group chats as "computer says NO" with "you are currently offline" and doesn't send what you type, or refresh what anyone else in the group chat is saying. Because you are offline (apparently), you cannot see what is being typed in this state. I support this idea, it would be good to have the ability to hide our online-ness ingame to catch out those that like to pick on people while they are sleeping, or otherwise Away From Keyboard for an extended period of time.
for your facebook yes for game it shows you as online regardless of what yo got your facebook/myspace/hi5 settings as
I would think this would be a unanimous decision, as i doubt those that prey on those sleeping or partaking in RL activities are all that active on here. They're too busy searching for people unable to defend themselves. Once again i think we should really have this, and thank you AS for clearing that up for me. I had a feeling that was the case but wasn't sure.
you would THINK its unanimous. however i know at least 3 or 6 would vote no just to irritate me the common "siamese" cat would be 1 of them lol
I would like to see this option available too. Contrary to a player called something along the lines of "Im the one who kills you while you sleep" I very much like to straight kill/punch kill players whilst they are online... "Im the one who kills you while you watch" Only that would not be worthy of a name change. An action speaks a thousand words and all of that. Then before Relentless shows up and says I only ever list her when she is asleep, despite the fact that I list her any time I want her to die... This would sure throw a spanner in the works, so to speak, if her opinion was anywhere near correct.
Sounds good to me! I would think Kano wouldnt have a problem with this idea at all....they could use the same reasoning as they did when allowing guilds to go hidden, I would certainly think if they allow an entire guild to go hidden an individual should have the same choice. Hell....ya might as well get rid of the online status all together.
100% agreed! Would love the option to hide status. If you are cloaked have it not show up anything in the feeds about you either. If you are hunting though as soon as you kill someone then you will be found out.
i dont know about that one, then u wouldnt get boss help, challenge help, job help, or even elites for that matter...lol
If i need to die i end up going to TBH or NOM and punching the online members. If i can no longer see whos online to kill me when i have too much stamina how is this going to be possible?
