Well, I do remember the Equinox Set. In nothern Mythology the Sun is female "Sunna" she is called for example. So it was fitting to have a female warrior.
The moon on the other side is male. Mani or Muni he is often called. A female warrior for a moon-themed set goes with the usual thinking about the moon.
Quite interesting, when you think about it. Most cultures see the sun as male and the moon as female.
I personally have no problem with "feminine" weapons. If they are drawn well, I see no reason to shun them.
I like the artwork of the weapons.
