First: it may take more than 3 days for them to figure out if a problems exists, how to fix it, actually perform the fix, and then notify you. Second: I've said it so many times before, but here it is again, "You are far more likely to be helped promptly and adequately if you are polite in your request and concise in stating your problem." tl;dr - be nice and say what's not working So, in summation - be patient, be nice, and I have no clue what your problem is!!! Seriously. I don't know what you are complaining about. I see nothing about the problem you say the devs are ignoring.
We make every effort to reply to support messages within 48 hours (and usually do in 24 hours).
