Aztec High Priest, Silverspike, Silent Assassin Blacksmithing tips:

The Silverpike....

This hidden recipe is driving me crazy.....I would like to know what the attack and defense is on the Silverpike to if it is even worth making it.

 

i dont know the recipe for it.but is 22 atk and 14 def.

 

that rules out anything better
the coastguard in the blacksmith
and the atlantean tradeship from the challange
and its probly not a ship

that rules out the trident from the challange

that rules out the atlantain armor and cannon from the boss


notsure what else

that leaves us with 2 choices from the blacksmith, probably the ancient daivesuit+ a gift, probly a weopon, and one other item

if its hasnt been stated, its probly a weopon

thinking bout it that blade from serpent boss DOES possibly fit for this.

 

ok Premium Maquahuitl is 1 blacksmith item i dont have.

since the exploding bombs from blacksmith make 0 sense for this ill have to assume if this spike requires any blacksmith items its this Premium Maquahuitl.

The Blacksmith item ought to come from Atlantis - Coast Guard, Ancient Dive Suit, Juggernaut.
Every other Hidden Recipe used a Blacksmith item from the same location.

That eliminates everything with at least 22 Attack AND 14 Defense. Items with a lower attack/higher defense or higher attack/lower defense are still eligible, if inefficient.

So we assume Blacksmith + gift + (something else).
The 3rd item might be a gift, or not. One of the two non-Blacksmith items HAS to be unlocked at level 175.
Items at level 175 are Ancient Chest (a gift), Merman/Mermaid (purchased mateys), and the Red Pearl Compass (adventure drop).
Also, boss drops are often used.

This narrows our choices down considerably:
1/3 options for the Blacksmith
1/4 options for the level 175 item
ONE option if the level 175 is not a gift but MANY options if the level 175 is a gift

Assuming that the last item is a boss drop:
1/2 Blacksmith
1 Ancient Chest
1/3 Boss Drops

There are actually FOUR boss drops - Atlantis Warrior Cannon(12/21), Atlantis Sub(70/70), Atlantis Warrior Armor(15/25), Atlantis Blade (20/10) - but the Atlantis Sub has too much power to be used.
Also, there are THREE Blacksmith items - Coast Guard(64/64), Juggernaut(13/14), Ancient Divesuit(10/10) - but the Coast Guard has too much power to be used.

6 combinations, let's do it!
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Blade + Ancient Divesuit
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Blade + Juggernaut
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Warrior Cannon + Ancient Divesuit
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Warrior Cannon + Juggernaut
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Warrior Armor + Ancient Divesuit
Ancient Chest + Atlantis Warrior Armor + Juggernaut
None worked. Any ideas? I *think* it's the boss drop idea that is wrong...

 

armor is too strong in def to shrink that much as is cannon.blade is only one that fits

 

unless theres a bug with this one.

i swear though judging from the photo of it it looks either like that silver dagger or marlin spike

 

Viking Clan had the Aegir's Trident recipe. The picture had NOTHING to do with the ingredients. Nothing whatsoever.

We know:

• item + item + item
• one is a gift (can 2 or all 3 be gifts?)

We infer:

• ALL other Hidden Recipes use a former Blacksmith item
  • Juggernaut or Ancient Divesuit (Coast Guard is too strong)
• unlocked at level 175 - the Red Pearl Compass (adventure drop, called "RPC"), Mermaid/Merman (Matey purchase), Ancient Chest (gift)
  • Blacksmith + Ancient Chest + (random item - possibly another gift)
  • Blacksmith + RPC/Mermaid/Merman + (random gift - MUST be a gift)

2 * 1 * (I refuse to count up the items - do they ALL have to be from Atlantis unless gifts? - 3Adventure+4Boss??+Mermaid/Merman?? - 7) = 14
PLUS
2 * 3 * (number of gifts unlocked before Ancient Chest - I counted 40 NOT including Ancient Chest) = 240
will give you the number of possible combinations.
I got 254 combinations from the information we have.

Blacksmith + Ancient Chest + (other item) is the easiest to rule out. I searched the forums and found that:

• Blacksmith + Ancient Chest + (Atlantis boss drop)
• Blacksmith + Atlantis Key + Ancient Chest
• Blacksmith + Giant Pearl + Ancient Chest
• Blacksmith + Red Pearl Compass + Ancient Chest
• Blacksmith + Golden Leg + Ancient Chest
• Blacksmith + Deadeye Helm + Ancient Chest

does not work.
