Discussions about our Terms of Use in any capacity??????

Why pray tell are we as users of the game now prohibited from talking amongst ourselves (in wc or groups) about the TOU? No disrespect directed at anyone but that makes no sense. There are many topics in the TOS that many old time players will talk about with newbies - NOW if we do this we are violating wc rules and subject to to what a ban????? Ok guys, that's a little crazy.... SMH

 

now that is weird, there are more rules that make no sense, I feel like I am at work and not getting paid and abiding by rules rules rules, sheeesh

 

that is why I wish they never gotten rid of Lounge! Anyone should know to respect the rules by not running a script/bot/alt/shared accounts/an using any other program...this game is falling an it will eventually be shut down within less then 2 years more then likely or not even that time period! An to be honest there is no need to keep changing the rules Kano in your Policy cause that is b.s. an us older players we are tryin to teach new players a few things an yet we get all kinds of junk like this occuring!! Now I see why alot of us are leaving an dying off in your Kano App Games you are ruining it for other players!

 

Someone asked other day in S1 VC if selling accounts is allowed, so I replied with "Hell to the NO" or something like that and got into TOU guidelines, and you could possibly ban my chat for repeating TOU that nobody reads???? That's pretty messed up

Bring back Tavern and speakers, make people think before speak with limited free weekly speakers and make them purchase more like it was if decided to post nonsense. I still have no clue why even took speakers away, was lucrative for KANO and cut down on the nonsense jibberish.

Sorry all, the language is a bit vague. We're clarifying it to say "Accusations of violations of our Terms of Use (contact Support instead)", so pretty familiar territory for regular Chat users.

And yes there will be another Guild Quest eventually.

 

WC always said no discussion of cheating. specifically Alternative accounts. This was done in part to allow kano to do an investigation thoroughly without folks discovering what they were doing that was tipping their hand, and in part to keep players from using accusations as a way to damage a players reputation or to allow for the chat to become nothing more than accusations of cheating.

There may be other reasons but those where the reasons given long ago. The language was changed to make it a bit more obvious that pointing out what the person was doing wrong (intentionally) is a no no. That it wasn't JUST alt accounts but letting them know not to tell folks what part they are violating.

It allows for kano to build more history before someone hides what they are doing.

That being said they have also always tried to catch context and if a new player says oh my other account is my fighter, this one is my leveler. And an older slayer said, uh you can't do that it is against the rules. They would not take action against you for helping someone new.

Near as I can tell the rules for WC have not changed, but simply been given updated language.
