[KanoPlay] Replies?

    Might of well closed out this Kano Forum cause ya never respond to no ones question which indeed very important an a Bug that needs to be fixed which are the following: Logging into your kanoplay 2 account an it registers as if you are on server 1 which I am Not an that really needs to be fixed, espically if i am not logging into server 1 an only on server 2 account! so something is ass backwards here just saying! My server 1 an server 2 both have seperate emails so I don't understand on why I am logging in under my server 1 account when i am logging into my server 2 account? Makes no sense too me! I am not gonna put in a screenshot in here there is no need for which that is in the support Ticket Area an I have not yet got a response!

    isn't there something at the top of the page where you can change which server you want to be on, I know there is on the phone. Or use one of the rewards links that Mitch posts in the forum.

    I don't use mobile so i should not be getting this, I only use desktop an there is a few more who are saying they have the same thing! but wish they could post in this thread would be nice!

    It does not happen to me, but everything happens to you lol anyway kano is closed so ya prob won't get a response today, just for the heck of it, clean the cache and reboot the computer, it can't hurt. :)

    On Kanoplay there is this button to switch servers, no clue why signing in would bring to wrong account though unless never log out of each server.

    Maybe try logging out of each server Justin then try again.
    Top right click on down arrow>>logout

    I clear my cache an rebooted an I do log out of my facebook each time an my kanoplay server 2 each time! I think that Kano is having issues on there end an not is mind! just saying!

    bare in mind Jade i do not play server 1 on the kanoplay.com site only on facebook an for whatever reason when i am putting in my other account email an password for the server 2 account, it keeps on logging me into server 1 account for which I dont understand this at all! cause it was'nt doing this last month so something is wrong with there system.

    Edit: I do not play on Mobile (Desktop Only)

    I knew there was a place to switch on the computer, just could not remember where I saw it,I don't use kano play much, thanks :)
