There is no hard limit that I know of, however I can't say that there will be absolutely zero issues if you're holding on to thousands of Loot Cases.
So hundreds is okay, just not thousands. But collecting them all would take quite a while if you don't do it on a regular basis (say, at least once a week) because you can only collect them one at a time.
So the collection for holiday raids and regular raids is different, correct? I wouldn't know, I only do a couple at a time.
Are you sure? Some days, I have more than 1 loot case before I collect them from the daily quests. I have to collect them one by one, I can't collect them both at the same. I haven't received more than 1 loot case from a holiday raid, so I don't know for sure how that works, but I would think it would be the same as the daily quests, no? Now that I think about it, you don't get loot cases from regular raids, just a drop when they are completed.
Not different. Same place and same manner (as far as OPENING). Raid chest must be collected off the raid page and then they transfer to the normal queu (after the event) for chests from either source. Does that answer the question?
Loot Cases paid out from the Feature Raids are the same as Loot Cases paid out from the daily Goals, they just come from different sources. The Raid items dropped from Feature or regular Raids are the same Common/Superior split and are earned the same way.
On a holiday raid, when it is over , you collect the chests all at once, but you can open them at your leisure .
Maybe. But I happened to get 2 loot cases before I collected them, and I had to collect them one by one. By "collecting", I mean actually receiving what's inside them, not just simply earning them. You don't get the benefits from them until you actually open them. So there is definitely no incentive to save them, since you almost never get FPs from them.
So I'm guessing you have never saved up SP's in bulk to add either to attack or defense against another player? I know I have, and this is similar way in doing so.
I do regularly save SPs in bulk, but that's more for convenience's sake than anything else. I'm not going to add 5 SPs every time I earn them, because it won't make a significant difference. But I see loot cases like apples, and SPs like oranges. I wouldn't make a comparison between those two, but you're more than welcome to if you wish.
The only reason I see to save loot cases is right before RAIDS. There are sometimes 500 energy drops in there. I usually will save a week's worth of daily rewards for the stamina boosts and a week's worth of loot cases for potential energy drops. Yea, it's not much but it's something.
Good point. Since I normally only do a few each round myself, I don't have a need for extra energy. But I could see where this would be useful for raid hogs.
