Purchasing favor points

    Hi,

    I purchased favor points - I received the receipt for payment, but haven't yet received the favor points

    How long should I expect it to take before the favor point are available? It is now 4 hours ago I purchased them

    I guess I should have waited another 15 min - or maybe I should just have posted the forum sooner...the favor point are now available

    4+ hours, though...not impressive

    yeah i noticed the same thing.it wasnt 4hrs but it never took as long as it did before.usually it took only at most a couple minutes.this took like 20 or 50 minutes.only happened once.

    Same issue here - purchased god points more than 4 hours ago and NOTHING. Very disappointed at this point. :mad:

    Favor points on our game are run through a third party company (Super Rewards and/or Trial Pay) and they handle all payments and money transactions. For Super Rewards, you can check the status of your purchase by clicking the "Get Help" link on the favor points purchase page (Gods/UN/Davy Jones/Godfather). It can take up to 72 hours for the points to be rewarded to your account. If after this time you have still not received your points then you must contact them directly.
