[VC] Memorial

One of my guild sadly died yesterday, how would we be able to add his name to the memorial page please

I submitted a ticket and it was closed without any explanation as to why?

 

Hi susie,

I checked out your ticket and it looks like Josh, one of our Support reps, replied on November 16, the same day you sent the ticket in. In his response, he requested some follow-up information from you pertaining to placing your Guildmate on the memorial board.

Tickets close themselves if they aren't responded to within a few days, so please log back in to you Support account or check your spam folder in your email and you should be able to see the reply.

 

my ticket has been re-opened but I can't see any request for information, have checked spam folder and nothing

Also, I have replied to your Support Tickets, those responses should be in your email. So, if you do see those within your email you may reply there as well.
