"XX minutes from last attack" is not displayed via rival list, or who attacked who 1st. Yet after 2nd slap it does show time, but still doesn't say who attacked who 1st
It's not ringing any bells between myself and Smack but I'll do some digging and see what I come up with.

Something isn't right. On some of my rivals, it shows attacked first. On others, it doesn't. Maybe the "attacked first" only shows up if it has been within the past 24 hours without a string of attacks over multiple days? It doesn't really matter to me, I attack almost everyone on my rivals, no matter which one of us attacked "first".
Attacked 1st can clarify things sometimes when people disputing who hit who 1st, no it doesn't really matter, but as you said some show others don't.. The clock is what more wondering about, but both features should be consistent in working regardless.
