I am a new player but not new in the game coz i have friends playing here too and invited me to play. I've been playing for some weeks now and really doing well. Enjoying myself but then this morning I signed in and it says my account is dis-abled due to reasons that I don't know anything about. I don't even know about how alts and bots works. I don't harass people and sends harassing messages. I have been doing battles only for achievements purposes under protection. Doing crafting and making sure my pirate is strong enough to battle the high seas as you so call it. I don't have multiple accounts. I don't need another account to play. I am a little pirate so i don't understand why my account is dis-abled.
some friends told me that maybe i level too fast? why is that??..i am just smart to use my stam and energy and get xp's from helping others. and as you all know little pirates level fast..
I already did..and they haven't got back to me yet.. I'll just wait then. It sucks coz i just joined an armada and Im leveling to get stronger for the next war and now this..
It takes around 24 hours to get a response from a Support ticket because of the volume that department received. They'll get to your ticket as soon as they are able!

My daughter's account was disabled, multiple communications went back and forth between her and support and they finally asked her to take a picture of everyone in the house that plays pirate clan holding up a piece of paper with all of their account info and numbers on it. That's when she decided to forget the whole thing. Ridiculous, really.
Well if went through the multiple communications, why not do final step? Sure it might be chitty, but obviously got flagged for a reason.
