[LCN] Raid Boss Walkthrough and Feedback Thread

Superior drops seem much more difficult to come by this Raid event. Were changes made to how Superior drops were given?

 

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but two raids ago I spent about 4000 energy in New York and never got the key. Last raid I got that key but only after about 3000 energy spent. So far this raid I've spent about 3000 more energy in New York and still haven't gotten the key. Now I know this is on a random generator of some sort but I haven't spoken to anyone else playing the game who has had this much difficulty. It's just one more area of frustration that is making me consider quitting the game all together.

 

The drops are random but they make it hard to get some keys so ya buy refills they gotta make money pay to play it is.

 

Its Absurd the number of energy spent to win a Simple key... I Give up open raids....
If i spent 4000 energy to get a key a day , i couldn't enter in any raid , because i could not heal.

 

Sorry about your bad luck. I got 3 full sets of keys and it didn't even take 4k energy total.

 

tip do jobs in 3 go from top to bottom and if they are not dropping hit the job tab and reload the system, seems to reset the drop program they use and make key finding easier

 

Is this still how loot gets distributed or has it been updated? Thanks.
"Everyone who does at least 2,000 actions with 1,000 of those needing to be Healing Actions will be awarded with a Loot item, Cash, and XP when the Raid Boss is defeated. The drop you get is determined randomly, however under special conditions a player may be guaranteed a Superior item drop. The first Boss you summon and defeat during the event will give you a Superior item and placing first for total overall actions in your level tiers will also give you a Superior item."

 

No changes have been made to the way Keys are dropped or Raid loot is rewarded for quite some time.

Can we look at holding on to keys ? To use for the next boss - some spend a lot of energy looking - are they interchangeable within th raids ? - sorry if I missed the obvious

I asked about this about a year or so ago, and I was told that keys from one raid event will never be used for another one. It does seem that the keys are never repeated for later raids, so you have to earn new keys for each round. I may be mistaken if a recent change was made, but I don't remember seeing anything about that except that you can no longer hold on to unused keys, and I would bet this isn't going to change anytime soon.

 

Has it been considered at all to allow the leader of the raid to boot the inactive players? Sure I enjoy the XP and cash but it is getting very tiresome seeing some of the same players routinely "sitting" on raids. Just once I would like to be a part of a raid that actually finishes instead of feeling like theyre being sabotaged.

 

What can a Admin do to remove sleepers from the RAID. Could a remove button be set up if there is no participation after the initial hit if it does not meet Mob War LCN criteria. I had 2 sleepers which stalled our completion of our RAID. Would of been nice to ask a friendlies and workers to aide in the completion. These two sleepers had no health repair at all. So could not even earn a reward. It is a malais act.

 

Any keys you are holding onto when the next Raid starts are automatically turned in for XP if you haven't already done so, so they can't be used across Events.

It has been, many times, but unfortunately is not realistic for a variety of reasons. We have updated some of the mechanics of the Raid Event to help, but the best bet is always a handpicked team, if you can get in one.

 

Question, raids part of the game , would it be possible to have on player stats a specific item for raids ? There is not also any kind of achievements related to raids , according do damage ; number of raids done. Not so much for the achievement but for the record of that data, we lose. Makes it possible to know from the stats of a player if he does raids or not, as we know a player helps his mob and most of the times determine if we accept mob. Also for the player to have a ball park idea where he stands and to improve, damage, number of raids ? thank you

 

I like the idea of Raid statistics and assuming Raids are going to remain a monthly part of the game create Raid achievements. Achievements like total damage, total heals, total actions. No achievements for total Raids joined as that would continue to encourage the 2k action specialists. However stats on raids joined, raids perished would be nice.

 

you are absolutely right about the achievements on join raids would encourage the 2k or less (campers) has to be always related with the number of actions in a way that encourages players to do better

Is there a way to add tier placement to the raid summary? That way we know where we rank in our tier so we know how likely we'll get the superior loot based on tier ranking.

 

Supers are only promised for certain things 1 is your 1st own boss collected 2 is be top performer for your tier including heals. After that its a crap shoot to get a item.. Also been times if your in same tier as the owner it can cancel the super out if you did enough actions and heals you can send a ticket if they feel you did deserve it or got screwed out of 1 they will fix it.
