Yup send in a ticket and Support can look at your account and see what went wrong, I have never had it happen to me, nor have I ever heard it happen to anyone, try refreshing the page .
refreshed, all stayed the same, had just a new going wrong, took up the daily reward, energy, didn't receive it :/
