level 2000

by this level there is no need for any protection whatsoever.anyone at this level should know how to play the game by now and know how to handle anything thrown at them.level 2000s and higher should be open for anyone to attack regardless of level.they played long enough to reach that level then they should know every strategy there is to fend off attackers.

 

As evident in larry's thread there are several players on Viking that feel this is the case.

 

I agree with what Atheistic is saying, once you are above level 2000, you have played long enough and you should be strong enough to handle being attacked by players of any level, and if you've played the game right, you should be able to attack back. Bring back the battling not the hiding. And if you want battling is there really a need for counters to be available above level 2500. Surely players can defend themselves at that level with what they have built up, skill points, weapons etc.

 

only reason counters should stay is if someone actually doesnt have counter attack achievements.but after that once a certain level they defo should disappear.

 

What about the low 2k's that don't play with paypal cards? that would not be fair....

 

by that level you should know every strategy to fend off higher clans.

Due that i don't use paypal cards ..... && if they remove counter(pirates(myspace) my only strategy would be cage.....Due to i beat every one but you(almost there) &&& ben

 

and if they remove counters id be screwed when ben attacked me since i cant beat him regardless.but should still have this idea take effect.level 2000+need no protection whatsoever.you dont have to paypal to hold your own.just ask leech lol.

counters can be part of strategy however, for instance setting a counter on someone and then attacking immediately after they attack is a good way to land a lucky kill

 

You make a good point, but having the counter attack button is part of knowing all the strategies to defend against attacks that come your way.

And I'm just wondering... Is anyone else sick and tired of people buying their way through the game? It kinda takes the fun out of it for people, like myself, who earn every level, every coin, every extra chieftain they have.

Well, for Pirate/Viking Clan, Level 2000+ guys should really be able to fend off attacks. Mob Wars is roughly the same, it only takes more time/xp to reach 2000.

Zombie Slayer is something else entirely. with Attacks capped at 40 per day, you really have no need for much protection there, keep healing a bit and you're save. 245 TriOxin OG told me, that no one can take him from the hitlist, unless he allows it to happen. And he is 'only' Level 1600something or so.
