Question about the Gamerpoints

when I'm doing adventures I have already completet, are they not counting anymore?
My problem is, that I have completed all my adventures, the next will unlock 20 level above.
I have done the adventure 10 times now and the counter is still on 0%

edit: it works apparently, but only in the last unlocked location

 

My biggest question is: What is the purpose of Gamer Points?

To quote the FAQ:
"Gamer points are in beta and will be used in coming features in the game"

What kind of features?

 

atm they are counting for the leaderboard if you are member of a faction, I think, that there will be some kind of rewards, if you're on rank 1 after one season, we will see...

 

humm..wait the features maybe 100,000GM=1000XP

or it may give us some items at certain GM, or energy boots, stamina boots, health boots, skill points, +5 attack, +5 defense, +5 energy, +50 health, +5 stamina, XP, Davey jones points +3, random limited DJ item, random loot item from adventures, money depened on your level......................................, and much more

these what i have on my mind but i think kano have much much more ideas for the game...
