I bought 3 Pachytron with 229 Attack 490 Defense and there was no change to my stats, however prior to those 3 I bought 2, which changed my stats. Now wouldn't you think that 3 more would change the stats again? They did not. Has anyone else had a problem like this?
Sometimes it might take a few moments for their servers to repost the new information. So if you did buy something and it didn't help improve your stats then send a ticket into Kano and ask them in support to take a look at it.
I have contacted the devs 3 times , they have answered me but the answers make no sense at all and this is over a course of 4 days.
Not knowing what the Dev's told you in their answers, it would be difficult for me to try to help you understand what they said. It may be due to the number of captains you have and if you don't have the full compliment of 1,000 people and 1,000 hired, and if you gained any captains during the time of your item purchase. Your items in your battle strength are dependent upon all the items and increased captains during play. For example, you may have gained more captains, but didn't increase what you really were fighting with. Or you may have made some items elite, legendary or crafted something up when your pirate wasn't ready to craft those, you can actually make yourself weaker. Again though, not knowing what the Dev's told you, since I'm guessing they looked at your character, it would be hard for any of us to say exactly why your battle strength didn't go up.
@JADES - Thank you for that info and that is a very good point, however I do make a new ticket each times.
