This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. Family Day Long Weekend Next Monday is Family Day up here in Kanoland so we’re mandated by the government to take the day off to spend time with our families, or something. As is the case with long weekends, there will be a slight delay in answering forum/Support inquiries, but we are always monitoring the games to make sure things go smoothly. Support Report with AdmiralPenguin Hey everyone, We had sickness decimate the office, followed by a Stat holiday this week that set us back, so thank you for your patience these past few weeks when waiting for ticket responses. I hate to repeat topics in the Support Report but this is very, very important! We've had reports from multiple players coming to us saying that there is a new scam abound on Facebook. People are receiving messages via Facebook Chat asking for information, or for players to click a link that will then take them to a fake login. Facebook will NEVER contact you via Facebook message so please report those accounts if they've interacted with you. I also recommend you login through server 1 on Kano Play a few times so that if your Facebook ever is closed or isn't recoverable you'll still be able to play yours games. The same goes for us at Kano: we will never send you a message on Facebook or in game. If we're going to contact you it'll be through a notice on your game account, with an email, or via ticket in the Support Center.
