Because of the new Home page and things not listed like before, I missed several hours starting the Halloween Calendar. Again I say the new layout is terrible.
Im not the biggest fan of this to be honest. Might just be that Im old and I resist change, but its not made things better as far as I can see, just changed where they are. I dislike it to the level that I have hidden it, which now means I keep forgetting about the daily lotto. Im sure I'll get used to it, but as I said, Im not the biggest fan.
i can't hide it, because it keeps popping up every day when i log in. i haven't checked the lottery in days, and i don't miss it. i guess i'll just leave it up and ignore it, i could really do without the constant reminder to collect a berserker boost or use an arrow, especially when i have just been to the challenge page.
Now I am keep missing to attack the world boss to, as the WB attack reminder is gone from the Home Page, if I keep open the activities, I have an option only to attack with 1 or 5 stamina instead of 20, I get less Xp and maybe the Boss will expire.
i didn't even think about that. but i was never one to count on reminders to do different things (such as use my shots, hit the world boss, log into the game to play). i have heard more about players that didn't even know how to navigate the game before we were graced with the new home page.
Yes, I think this change was made for new players who have no clue what to do and are lost in the game, but for the old ones its very annoying. Would be better if we had an option to choose between the old style and the new one.
Don`t have a problem with it. Only the "free key" spam is a little annoying for the rest its fine i can not see if i "forgot" something the rest well its ok i guess.
i wish i could keep it closed, but it keeps reopening for me each day, so i just ignore it now. i've never had a problem "remembering" to get my digs/keys, so is that really the main reason why this was done? my biggest thing is the lottery reminder is hidden behind all of the other crap, but i've gotten used to not checking it anymore.
Hey Kano, when is the last time ZS FB had 2 consecutive failed World Bosses? Had this ever occurred when the WB attack alerts were front and center on the home page?
Yes, to my memory they have not been killed after the home page banner was introduced. But we are looking into ways of solving this issue.
Great that you call it a tab... How about giving us our tabs back above friends leaderboard then ?? Your new fancy frontpage needs a lot of scrolling if you have both Show Offers and Show Activities open Since i don't like the new frontpage, i'm doing what i can to keep both closed but it never fails... Every time i return to game ether Show offers or Show Activities will be open It tells me that i can Customize this page, but that ain't true, is it ?? Every mobbie i talk to also want the good old frontpage with our tabs back !!
I just ignore it myself, since it won't stay closed. I don't even miss checking the lottery anymore. One less thing I have to remember to do every day.
I keep my activities page closed, but still check the lottery (Davey Jones tab, & then on the left-hand side). There are 1000 FPs at stake & I'd be tickled pink to be the winner of 'em!
Yes, but I've been playing for over 4 years and never gotten more than 3 out of 5 numbers. It's not worth the extra clicks to me. And it's not like your odds increase if fewer players check it.
