    Yes, Cash/Gold is back in the rotation, but only once per month as opposed to twice, so the majority of the Bonus Boosts during the month will be Energy or Stamina. :)

    Nothing wrong in getting a cash bonus, but honestly, sending us one hour worth of cash is irrelevant.
