Hello for the past 10 days or even more than that I am unable to use my faction chat, I uninstalled and reinstalled my antivirus, I changed the restrictions of NoScript but nothing seems to work Can you please help me Thank you in advance for your time
If you antivirus is Avast, that might be causing the problem. If you do have Avast, go into Avast Settings, navigate to "Active Protection" and turn Web Shield off. That should fix the issue.
does it give you a message of any sort? Just not load? Is it only faction chat or wc too? As Kirsten said a ticket is probably in order. You will need to let them know what it is doing. "not working" isn't specific enough for them to diagnose. it is also helpful if you include your operating system, browser, popup blockers and virus software you use to get the ticket processed quickly in the meantime, try in another browser and see if the error is duplicated.
