so the way i been lookin at this u guys prefer to ban players from world chats then get rid of alt accounts an players who cheat with programs is this about right?
Not entirely correct, although I assume with your most recent World Chat ban you might have a bit of bias. I've explained our process behind the decisions on actions we take on accounts a few times in the recent past so a forum search should produce those results quickly. As for chat bans, don't use pejoratives, slurs, epithets, racists remakes or what have you and you should be fine. If you want to inquire about getting you chat back (assuming you have not lost it permanently), please contact Support.
I still am mistified by all the wc bans most of the banning offenses are absurd .certain naughty word come on let us have a little freedom
would be nice if they would take off bans an let world chat be...bc u see how it is on Kong bc on the right hand side there is another chat box an which i see players cuss in them an they never get ban so why not just pull the plug an let us be..as long as it is not religious in anyway we should all be straight an cool....PLEASE MI7CH DO THIS FOR US lol
Haha. I find it amusing when i get banned from world chat also. Apparently some crybabies in a certain armada starts with a J ends with an A get upset when i refer to them as go get your other girlfriend to come whip me. Or bounty me. So yeah i think Kano needs to take a few steps back and let us have fun at
i dont even see why anyone gets banned from the chat, pretty effin pointless cause a little im sorry or i dont know what i said or that it was wrong and youre back a day or 2 later.....so why even ban anyone in the first place kano?
Hey when i am wrong i will let Kano keep me out of world chat for a month. When i walk that white line tightly between crossing the line of what you can and can't say and get banned for it then i will fight to come back from being banned sooner.
right now i am tryin my best to get my world chat back even if i have to ban support bc i need that world chat bc of my bosses that i do post out in the open...bc i am in a armada an in a syndicate that i need to post my boss in the family chat..so let me have my chat back Kano...an i agree with Demon on this one as well why not consider at taking off bans from players in world chats...but i still want my world chat back!! an i need it back soon too bc i got bosses i wanna post..
i think to me what they need to focus more on is banning players with alt accounts an investigate players who have been reported for cheating an to look into it more then what they are doing..so just take off the chat bans!
That's my point, whenever you message support and ask about it, depending on the severity I'm sure, you get your chat right back. So if it's so easy to get it back, why even bother with the ban in the first place? Just seems pointless to me
To let people know why what they said was unacceptable in a social space and hopefully teach them not to do it again, then there will be no problem. Some people have trouble learning that lesson, however.
Not always, not by a long shot,but most are learning ,Kong chat may be tame, but sometimes on FB in between the games,it can get alittle hairy, with accusations, or people losing their cool .
Back when I played on Facebook, I never looked at World Chat, as I found the FB Pirate Clan groups made by members to be far more intriguing. On Armor, my social options are reduced to what's offered within the game.
You missed one thing Mitch. I have only been banned in WC once in 4 years. Don't mention the possibility of the "A" word. I am talking alts

If you're talking about that super annoying white screen that started hovering in the lower right hand corner of the Pirate Clan screen a couple of days ago, that covers up some of the board at all times & won't go away; yes, I have noticed.
