Kano love to hate me but this is all in past, i dont hold grudges i move on from things pretty fast lol so maybe they can let it go also and give my name change back, as atm i cant change my name to fool people into attacking me as everyone knows who i am lol

 

Maybe ask them to change it for you, give an option

A lot of strange things happened during that Battle Arena that Dale is referring to so i can very well understand his frustration. I'm not saying that his way of expressing this frustration was very.. well, it was awful tbh. But, it's understandable. There is a widespread opinion that KANO gives unfair advantages to paying players.
Is it true? Who knows, but its affecting the game negatively for sure.

If there is any truth in these rumours and feelings that people have and KANO staff knows this, then they should be able to understand the frustration some players feel and perhaps not punish these people harder than they punish the admitted cheaters.
On the other hand, if there is no truth in these rumours, no truth at all (which is what KANO officially states I'm guessing) then KANO staff should still take a long good look in the mirror and ask themselves why a good part of the player community, especially the players that have been around the longest, all have a feeling that they are treated unfairly. There are chats started, facebook pages created where these issues are discussed daily. With screen shots, ticket copies etc, etc.

KANO is a good company imo. You listen to the community, we get to speak up, we get to suggest changes in the game and a lot of us feel like we are involved and listened to. But right here, with the issue of cheaters and paying players you have a communication problem and you need a new strategy to address this.

If they give into you they will have to give into many. Give it another try in a couple of years its worked for me before.....

 

I saw several times a few players crossing lines with their names, and calling Kano all kind of things. It looks like they just got tired babysitting them.
