Kong/Armor recruits

Kongregate and Armor are in desperate need of some new blood and more in general population, does anyone have some good ideas how to achieve this?

 

5 views and not a single idea? ok how about fb did a thing a while back to get players back a bonus to the one who came back and to the one who got them back, how about something similar for new recruits based on a months worth of gamer points maybe?

 

The best way of promoting the game on Kong is getting it a as featured game, but we have zero chance of that happening as far as I can see. I was told we needed the game to have a rating of 3.85 to get it featured. Currently - the game is rated at 3.48 and that number is steadily going down. Thats probably not the biggest surprise though to be honest - if you were new to the game on Kong and came over at the minute, what would you rate it? Its almost impossible for new players to get 1000 captains, so I can see that losing its appeal pretty quickly. Chat is basically dead - never more than 20 people in the room ever and the ones who are there say very little. Sad truth is, I suspect there is very little organic growth the game can expect now - the players of the other Kano games, know that it exists and the ones that were going to come over, are already over. The only way I can see it growing is if they advertise it, and I suspect thats not going to happen because of the almighty dollar.

 

yeah the rival serum...they said they was testing it on fb, not sure how it'd work on ag/kong though unless they've both installed a notification system like fb's

The best way to get people into the game on kong and armor would be armatar unlocks/quests for armor and achievements/badges for kong.

 

Just thought I'd clarify what I meant here
If I were to send a gift to someone on fb...they'll get a notification and see it no matter where they are on the fb site.
If I send one on kong or ag the only way they'll see it is if they log into the game...the revival serum works the same way.

 

I know that kano offers a beginner pack if you raise 100 fps before lvl 100 I think for new players, what I am thinking is something more long term to raise population, base the awards on gamer points, 1 week 100% energy and stamina refill, 2 week 100 times income, 3 weeks 50% stamina 50% energy 50 times income, 1 month 6400 loyalty points they could use on a item
