Hekate Torch

I know that they are a weapon but what can they be used for? I was thinking workshop but not sure.

 

It's a memorial item for a player, it has no use in crafting.

I never knew the Hekate Torches were a memorial item until earlier this month. Even then I didn't know who it was in memory of. After figuring it out all I can say is thank you Kano, you have earned my respect.
