I noticed that there is now a protection option, next to rig ignition. Description says that player can only hitlist attack you for the next 3 days. One other thing is after so many attacks it says I exhausted my rivals xp + cash. Why does it seem that only certain players have this happening? There is no help info on these features either so is it a glitch?
Can I get a mod to answer this please? Seems other players don't have the protection option (white flag next to rig ignition). I don't want to be blamed for hacking/cheating because I use the feature.
Not a mod but anyone gets it due to how many times someone has either attacked you or listed you, For me If someone attacks me 1,000 times I will see it and If I were to list someone much lower than me ,below my xp range, I think it is 16 bounties , they would see it, that is my experience with it. this link below should explain more about the protection feature http://support.kanoapps.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/92/0/pirate-clan---protection
I would like this post, but I don't use it myself. I think it is pointless, to be honest. But this is good information for those that feel the need for it.
I hear ya, but he wanted to know why he sees it and others don't ,this should answer his question. I have had a lower level set me up to put protection on me, but I know better now what the thresholds are and to stay below them, lol so I saw it being abused from the git go.
