When will character switching be available? I am not seeing an upgrade function yet.
Also, it's kinda BS to require a payment of 5FP to switch between characters already purchased for a hefty price.

Character Switching will be available when the characters themselves are out. Switching is free for the first time, then 5 the second time, with each subsequent time seeing an increase in cost in a single 24 hour period. 24 hours after your first switch it goes back to free.

Oh, that's better. You can change your face every 24hrs for free as long as you have previously purchased the character.

Another question, forgive me if it has been asked and answered elsewhere. Suppose you buy all 3 characters in a tier. Would the modifiers stack or do they only apply when you are using that particular character?

They don't stack; the only modifiers you get are the ones for the currently equipped character.

I think it is great that the Devs are adding new content as the games need it. But as far as the level characters go you should be rolling out all the level characters because they do not benefit the top end of the highest players. The higher levels are disadvantaged by this.

I play zombie slayer on Facebook and Kanoplay and while this worked on Facebook it did not work on Kanoplay for me, I did not receive a small refund of 75 un even tho I purchased characters in a "lineage" as in the example both characters I previously purchased have faster energy and stamina regeneration. am i the only one that this has occurred to?

I remember the Kano release on this last year as well Matt, but decided not to wait on an unknown quantity of a potential release, which as I type is still not there yet. I decided to jump with a new character at that time and yes, for my reasons, went with the DEMIGOD with the stupid looking helmet in the graphic but the best characteristics that suited me. I sympathise with you mate but hey, we all live and learn eh? I will probably not wait again for level 5 characters but will fall in line and purchase whatever I consider to be the best upgrade for me at level 4. Don't want to wait even longer whilst Kano decide to go 'back to the drawing board' yet again for some reason and delay even further

This happened to me aswell. I purchased them on release I never knew about the 75 fp refund

The 75FP refund will only be in effect when Character Switching is actually released. So far it is only out on Zombie Slayer.

Thank you Mi7ch for your patience in dealing with questions/comments that are not always written calmly.

I'll cast my "customer feedback" along the lines of those who are not only content to wait for the release, but actually happy that the entire line of upgrades isn't immediately available. As an "in for the long haul" player (level 3197), I appreciate the top-level content not being made available for instant gratification players who have a ton of disposable income. The point of a leveling-based game is to earn your way to the top, not buy it. It's bad enough that with 28,105 Loyalty Points I am only 1% along the path to Platinum status since I seem to be capped at Gold level unless I spend real-world money.

But I do sympathize with players who want to know what the next great achievement will be and when it will come out. Maybe a compromise would be to synchronize Character upgrades with Adventure World upgrades. In other words, Base Level Characters designed for Base Level Adventure Worlds (i.e. North Midgard through Asgard), with Tier II Characters unlocking when you reach the level for Tier II Worlds (Midgard through Asgard-Godly Trials), and Tier III Characters unlocking for Tier III Worlds (maybe Hel's Rising through Yggdrasil World Tree), and the new Tier IV Characters designed for Tier IV Worlds (such as Svartalfheim through Folkvang).

Obviously the World content has already been released and the Tier I through Tier III characters are already out, but going forward an unlocking/pairing system between adventure worlds and characters could be implemented, with just some retro editorial changes to identify the existing content (i.e. adding a level indicator tag on "Tier III" and "Tier IV" worlds along the lines of the Godly Trials indicator tag). In any event, I'm not the type to complain without offering a reasonable attempt at a "solution," so I hope my feedback will be taken in the spirit it is intended: to improve the game, keep it fun, and keep it around for the long haul. Thanks for what you do.

Yes but the existing high level players have passed olso in years with hard work thru all low levels and without the benefits that now low level players have! Now as a low level player you have more benefits that we had in the past ! We had no good characters and others improvments in game that exists now, its much easy now to advance and to increase your income if you are a low level player that in the past, so I think its no reason to complain, only high level players should eventually complain (but they wont do it because they realise that the game it needs to improve all time)

I respect the time commitment that high level players have made, Guardian Angel, which is why I support a level-based unlock system rather than an open purchase system. Open purchase favors those players you are talking about who are low level but can buy their way to top-end attributes. I'm totally fine with the Devs putting out all of the character upgrades (to the current maximum) at one time, just not making them available to low level players for purchase until they reach reasonably high milestones. I do think that high level players--those who are playing up in the top adventure worlds beyond Level 10,000--should be able to unlock every character upgrade between the existing top (Tier III) and the eventual corresponding level top. If there are plans for character upgrades at say Level 3500, Level 6000, Level 10,000, and Level 15,0000 for arguments sake, then a loyal level 12,000 player should be able to immediately unlock Tier IV, V, and VI as soon as the upgrade tree is released. I would still support requiring them to be purchased individually though, and I really like the idea of a refund system for staying within the same progression.
