Not sure what Super Rewards is, but assuming same as Trial Pay.. The videos are for select countries were audience is wanted, maybe go checked where they are based out of, compared to your country.
I live in the UK and get the same thing sometimes Justin. Trial Pay are known for weirdness like that and KANO have no control over them as they are just an 'add on' agent. Sometimes you get the same video several times and earn 1 FP everytime, other times you only get just the one as they block you after that. They are not consistent. You also have to watch out for clicking on one of their other offers to earn something and not receiving your free FP's even though you fulfilled their requirements. However, they also publish a link for you to complain if this happens. I have several times and they will pay your missing FP's when they check the stats. It is just not a very clever or reliable system as far as I can tell
It's all geoIP related, say you owned a chain of stores in Texas you wished to promote, there's no point having everyone view it as it would cost you a lot of $ as you pay per view, so you'd specify to trialpay/super rewards that you'd only like the ad to be seen by people in this state...and that's what would happen. In the case of global brands, to keep costs down they limit the amount views available.
