Some of our attentive Slayers might have noticed this already, but over the past couple of weeks we've been bumping up the range at which Undead Slayers will appear on your Fight list. There should now be more shambling corpses for you to fight (outside of the normal ones, anyways). Please let us know if you have any feedback around this!
Yet another invaluable update. So what exactly does this serve? And I don't even mean the change, but the whole 'undead slayers' concept?
I believe the undead slayers were invented to give the less populated higher levels a chance at completing fight gp.
that is exactly it without the undead slayers i have 2 rivals.adding in the undead now i have 6 more to attack. level 4303
It helps alleviate the problems higher levels have with getting their daily Fight GPs by giving them targets to hit. If you have a full Fight list to get your dailies then this change won't affect you much at the moment, but it could come handy in the future!
Well, I have not had this "problem" you speak of in the 1,400 days that I have played this game. Here is the thing. I am around level 2,900. Let's say this "problem" impacts those above level 3,000. How many of those are there? 70? How many of those are active? 50? So, once again. . these "enhancements" you are making, you are getting no bang for your buck. In other words, these little things you toil on are completely irrelevant to the most people that play this game! Try catering to your entire user base. Start by providing actual rewards for an actually fun part of your game, the faction wars. People use up to 48UN points to even stay competitive. You provide what, 20 / 10 / 5 , which is stupid beyond belief! Try 200 / 100 / 50 / 25 (4-10), and you may be getting in in the ballpark!
this was far overdue, it should have been done a year or more ago when we were asking for it, i suppose better late than never, but it seems to me youve waited too long and lost a fair portion of higher level players that this impacted
Fights Won: 164,261 Undead fight Wins: 47,276 since undeads account for more than 25 percent of my total fight wins, i would say this is significant...
i for one am so happy ya'll did this. for months i was only able to fight 2 undead. now there is always from 5 - 7 and it makes killing my 90 a day so much nicer. i went a couple of days without getting my fight points cause i had nobody to fight so thanks.
