Database Failure

Hey everyone,

At about 12:30 am this morning we had a database fail that is shared between VC, PC, ZS and LCN.

We are in the process of bringing the games back online.

This is what is causing slow / lag page loads.

 

Slow lag pages "tonight"or combination of problems we have been experiencing in last few weeks?

 

This is an issue that has started tonight.

 

Everything should be back to normal, let us know if you have any issues.

If you experienced lag previous to tonights DB failure, please let us know in support and we can look into your account specifically. We have tried to replicate issues on some players accounts but have been unable to replicate any.

 

Then you will have a lot to do.... most online and wen new days started )) so good luck and look in to all this......

 

Lag started since raids, so obvoius

 

After the database failure, while sending gifts to non FB friends, the pop up still keeps appearing even though block it
Gifting was already a task, now it became even more so.....
Unless it was a coincidence?
