    TGIF! Here’s your development news round-up for the past week!

    Player Bans November 1 - November 7

    As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes.

    FB: 17
    Kps2: 2

    The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us.

    If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved.

    Hope you're staying warm! Kano HQ has taken a turn for the chilly lately, and I've been drinking so much tea I feel like I'm on one of those "cleanse" diets.

    Support spend a fair bit of time on account investigations, and part of the routine is going through the long lists of accounts flagged by our systems and cleaning out profiles that show strong indications of being fake or alternative games.

    If you find yourself not able to access your game and think your account may have been mistaken for an alt, please contact us yourself so we can look into it.

    Anytime there is an issue, always reach out to us directly. as security concerns prevent us from discussing an account with anyone other than person who made it, and issues can be resolved much faster if we cut out middlemen.

    Plus, it looks just a wee bit suspicious if the "owner" of an account that has been disabled as a likely alt is mysteriously unwilling/unable to talk to us.

    If there are concerns about language, we have several bilingual staff members and all of us are highly experienced at deciphering messages via online translators or which simply have less-than-perfect English. We also have back-up contact channels for anyone having trouble with the forums or ticket system

    I know you guys are allways busy but mabe you should have some one in the game try an talk to people it might help you guys find the alt acc that are good a hinding

    What they really need to do is watch guilds closely during the g wars but they run mostly when kano is off duty

    why would they do that? everything seems to be catered to the players that spend money. isn't that why the rest of us have something to do?
