Hello, Why do I need to wait to level 1000 to get this item? I can create 16 of them right now at my level; 504. Silva Melee Dumbell is a Random Attack Drop which can be given to anyone helping to kill the Silva Boss. The Chavez FX-05 Xiuhcoatl is a Minimum Damage Kill. Based on this, anyone can create these items so long as they have helped in a Silva and Chavez boss kill. If we have the items and the money, why is this Blueprint held back from those who can create it?
