[KONG] how long to reply to tickets?

    Access to your game has been disabled

    Your account has been temporarily disabled for 6 days as a result of irregular or suspicious activity logged to your game.



    Right after the 3-day calendar started my F'n Kong account got froze. I sent a ticket immediately, & am still awaiting for a reply.

    Now... BC were Kano is located is 3 hrs behind in time than here in Toronto. So when this happened around 1 pm (EST), It would be 10 am in BC. screwed me out of my 3-day calendar :(.

    Kano is rarely on on weekends.

    Yep sucks big time.

    Support will be back Monday. So you may hear from them when they get thru the all support tickets. generally the response time is 24 to 48 hours depending on if it is the weekend, or a holiday or an extremely busy support day, but you wrote that it says you are disabled for 6 days .

    This happened yesterday, so as of today there is 6 days left :(
