Hi all! I hit the lottery for three numbers the other day and it said part of my winnings are two free lottery tickets. However, I cannot find a way to redeem these?! What am I missing?
I hit those on Saturday, mi7ch. So should have been able to redeem those on Sunday. I tried again today, and ended-up buying a ticket for 2 FP. It even shows that I still have 2 somewhere, but I've clicked everything and cannot get them to come up for redemption.
I thought when you won the bonus tickets they automatically applied to the next draw; no need to do anything.
True but in post #1 he said other day which was Saturday, today's Monday. Well at least by what he's saying.
Yes, it was Saturday's draw. I clicked on the my tickets numerous times (then AND since then) and all I get is a list of all previous draws (see pic). So, Im down 2 FPs AND I have no additional tickets.
AH, my best guess now is didn't get anything on 2 extra tickets, it happens. As David said though submit ticket, nothing can be done here if believe error.
I can't say for sure, because I haven't played since the Karousel was implemented. But when I opened the lottery page before that change, a window used to pop up to tell you how many tickets were redeemed and what you won for each ticket (if anything). That's where this screenshot comes from, I believe, but I think you can check draw history going back 7 days to see if you have won anything previously.
