Really @mi7ch are you and Kano just deliberately trying to antagonize the older players now? That can be the only thing I can think with this offer posted on the app page, You know there are issues going on at the moment and you pull a stunt like this, offering existing players nothing again!
I am an x Mafia wars player, played that before this, where is mine? Why aren't loyal players getting things for staying here?
I do not understand why they would want to insult loyal players. Time for Kano to roll out things for us. We need larger stam when leveling up, very badly.
I don't make these decisions so please don't ascribe any malicious intent to myself; thinking that I'm in some dark room plotting ways to make people angry would be rather counter-productive to my role. And, while it is tempting to think so given the circumstances, no decision made here at Kano has "piss off one segment of our player base" as one of the conditions for rolling it out. Do all of the angles get completely considered? No, but we're only human. Hindsight is always 20/20 in these situations. Are we going to be more aware of how these things look going forward? Absolutely. We're simply trying to make the best of a great opportunity for the game, stepping on toes is definitely not an intended aspect of that.
@mi7ch, Ok so here is my question, I stopped playing Mafia wars 2 years ago because of all of the cheating going on over there. So by Kano's own logic, maybe you should give me free stuff since I stopped playing Mafia wars and started playing LCN more? And as far as hindsight being 20/20, that is true, but Kano's greed for the new money influx has made you totally blind. I cannot believe that a company such as Kano would be so blind to the fact that what is being done could possibly do anything but make the older LOYAL players that have bee around for years angry.
