This has been brought up before. I think Kano is open to ideas for rewards, but skill points aren't one of them.

Ha ha ha... I try to stay healed, but I normally get chainlisted... I keep healing until I get bored.
On KP2 it lasts 3 days almost every time. There is no "trying" to make it last 3 days, it's a regular occurrence.
