there's no point in posting this in the idea section. i don't play PC, but i think this is creativity that can be used in the game somehow. but...
no. raids have never been set up for drops. if you want drops, do regular bosses instead of raids.
the good news is that there seemed to be some progress made on alts, the bad news is that there will be 300 more of them this week.
i say no, if someone ticks you off, just find them in game and list the snot out of them.
i actually like this idea a lot, which means that it probably won't happen.
why not? we're getting achievements for everything else. and with the raids, and players superleveling because of them, does it really matter...

i agree with what marius is saying. if you don't like someone attacking you, list them. if that's not enough, get your pals to list them, too.
