how could it not help ? if the lower levels could use the dstance more often from it regenerating and gain 50 levels in the arena isnt that helping?
this idea can and will help the ACTIVE lower levels get further anyone who does not see that are just being stubborn because they arent winning.

it must make you feel good to know that ( with the exception of a few arenas ) some in-actives finished alot higher than you and some even got...

i personally dont like to set a limit on bosses the sooner they are dead the better the reward and if i was worried about someone else killing it...
