Traditional/Modern Syndicate

I just would like to know what is the differences between Traditional and Modern Syndicate?

After saving 1billion $, I tried to create a syndicate and it said:

"Choose between "Traditional" and "Modern".
Syndicates built around Traditional are for the purpose of rebuilding and establishing a peaceful government state.
Modern are for those who wish to agressively rule at whatever cost.
Current gameplay is not affected depending on either chosen Division."
