what determines kong/armor bans? a buddy of mine got his armor account banned for some reason, but he was able to keep his kong account.
i think it depends on the platform. i'm not sure that it will take years on kong.

it depends on what you mean by good. kong mob wars seems to be pretty active. lots of fighting and hits.
